• Customer: Huzhou Xinkaiyuan Crushed Stones Co., Ltd.
• Screening machine: Australian brand 2560 horizontal screen
• Materials to be screened: rhyolite and andesite, hardness 6
• Problems: the existing screen mesh opening size is 50mm, apertures are severely blocked, the blockage is over 60%;
• Solution: giving consideration to the on-site situation, we have modified the aperture size to increase open area without compromising on affecting the service life of the screen, resulting in efficient solving the blinding problem;
